Christian storyteller, teacher, and writer Stan Ward speaks to children, teens, and adults, retelling literary classics, parables, and Bible character stories. He teaches courses in English, History, and Bible at The Brook Hill School in Bullard, TX, writes a Church History column for his church’s quarterly magazine, and is a regular conference speaker at Pine Cove Christian Camps in Tyler, TX.

His educational background includes a B.A. from Oklahoma Baptist University, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, graduate studies in Hebrew Bible at Texas Christian University and graduate studies in Humanities at the Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture. He is a member of the Network of Biblical Storytellers, the Mythopoeic Society, and an associate member of the Evangelical Philosophical Society.

Abraham’s Journies

Stan also leads group discussions on the writings of C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and George MacDonald.
