Professional Storyteller Rachel Hedman (contact info below) explores family narratives with a mix of multicultural, personal, and musical influences.
She debuted Family Famine: Hunger for Love, a storytelling feast for the senses of which her DVD of this performance raised the bar for performing artists by having audio commentary, closed captioning, and ASL interpretation.
This DVD is available on both her blogs through PayPal as well as through Amazon.com.

Rachel is renown as a leader in the art including: sophomore high school youth teller in 1994; BYU Storytelling Club Founder in 1997; Co-Chair for the Youth, Educators, and Storytellers Alliance from 2005-2008; and currently President-Elect for the Utah Storytelling Guild.
She lovingly refers to her ambitious dreams as "Random Rachel Ideas" (RRIs), which means they are not guaranteed to work but are awfully fun to think about. Do not underestimate RRIs, however, as many times she makes them come to pass.
