Jack Pearson is known as "Mr.Song-Strummin’ Storyman!" From his home in Minnesota he travels the country serving up his delightful blend of original and traditional stories of America and the world with a delightful backdrop of string music. Guitar, banjo, fiddle and an assortment of small melody and percussion instruments find their way into his tales which have been hosted nationwide for over twenty-five years. Jack’s work has won Parents’ Choice Gold and Silver Honors as well as Storytelling World Honor and Pegasus awards. Jack also concertizes and conducts storytelling workshops around the country, particularly in California where he’s the annual musician/storyteller-in-residence at Mt. Hermon Conference Center near Santa Cruz.
