I try to use an exciting mix of humor, drama, and storytelling to educate and enthrall audiences. With audiences ranging from the President of the United States to one-room schoolhouses in California, I have attempted to motivate the listener to achieve their highest potential. My messages on drug use, gangs, and racism are hard-hitting but well received by all age groups. The format can be adapted for ages beginning at Pre-School and reaching senior citizens. I have toured across the country since September of 1995 (46 states and Puerto Rico)and have spoken in hundreds of schools, churches, senior centers, and countless other places.
I often appear in costume, weaving tall tales and true stories together to entertain and educate at the same time. I am a traditional Southern Storyteller from Folly Beach, South Carolina, and have been practicing the art for over twenty-five years now. I believe that as bad as things may seem to be, they can be made better. That is the message of hope. My multi- award winning book The Red Ribbon: a story of hope portrays such message. Although the book makes no mention of drugs, it is being used across the nation in the fight against the illegal use of drugs. Another of my books, Robbie Rabbit, is a story that teaches consequences for actions, and the newest book, Stinky the Skunk, strives to teach others that differences are good. I have conducted workshops in storytelling around the country. It is one of my goals to increase an awareness of what is one of the greatest teaching tools available; Storytelling.

The experience is indescribable and will enhance the life-long experiences of our children.
