The true spirit of my work is to lead people on a life-changing adventure toward wholeness by connecting their hearts to their true selves, to others, and to God, through stories of healing, wisdom, and faith. When you hear, embrace, live, and tell a story that speaks to your innermost longing and deepest hurt a soul-transforming journey begins.

I tell stories from my heart, (Heart Tales!) drawn from a repertoire of folktales, fairytales, personal stories, and sacred stories so you will hear and embrace the life-changing truth contained in the tales. I lead discussions and exercises to help you live and tell the stories you have heard and embraced. I lead workshops for mental health professionals and clergy to teach how to use storytelling with the people longing for wholeness that they serve. My storytelling programs and workshops are carefully crafted in consultation with sponsors for each unique audience. My audiences include churches, mental health organizations, community groups, and schools.

Online I offer a monthly newsletter of stories of healing wisdom and faith. I also provide a free service called The Story Guide™. Tell me the issue, problem, or hurt you are facing. I’ll suggest one or more specific stories that you can read, think about, retell, or work with to assist you in finding clarity and hope in your situation. You can subscribe to my newsletter or submit your request to The Story Guide™ by going to my website http://www.hearttales.net and clicking the appropriate links.
